Candidates don't require a Grade 12 Certificate (as per NEWCAR Constitution); candidates must have a passion to work with the "Challenged Youths" and must also willing to work in different parts of the province/country. NEWCAR train candidates (inhouse training) and also training from other institutions.

NEWCAR rely on Volunteers to ensure that we reach our objectives more quicker and we appreciate all the volunteering assistants we get. We thank the Volunteers that assist us so generously in the past, without your help we would have climbed the "mountain" not that sucessfully.

  • Coaches (to train the youths in the different sporting codes and board games)
