NEWCAR aim to have a 24/7 Counselling Support Unit (CSU) across the country within 6 months. The CSU will provide counselling for victims of:
- Domestic Violence
- Molested Victims
- Rape Victims
- Teen Pregnancies
- Teen Prostitution
- HIV/AIDS
- STI
- And other counselling
NEWCAR will provide counselling 24/7 and will ensure that a Counseller will always be availible if the need arise. We plan to have CSU in over 50 towns and townships in the Northern Cape; Eastern Cape and western Cape. Our staff is well trained and will ensure that the victim's privacy is not jeopardised and all counselling will be handled strictly confidential at all times.
We shall form Joint Venture with:
- Department of Social Development (Locally; Regionally and Nationally)
- Department of Health
- Department of Education
- Department of Justice
- South African Police Services (SAPS)
- Local Municipalities
- Local Mayors
- Local Ward Councillors
- Local Community Organisations
