Our Rehabilitation Program:

Victims of substance usage enter the Rehabilitation Program (RP) with the understanding that adhear to compliance and the Code of Conduct is compuslary. Victims enrole to the Rehabilitation Program for a minimum of 12 months (a progress report will determaine if a victim have recovered properly prior to the expiring of the 12 month period). There is various of programs that the victim must adhear to during the rehab period of 12 months.

Victims enrole for the RP through:

  • Department of Correctional Service/Justice
  • South African Police Services
  • Health Institutions (Hospitals and Clinics)
  • Schools
  • Churches
  • Other Non-Profit Organisation

NEWCAR aim to form joint ventures with:

  • Governmantle Institutions
  • NPO's

The joint venture will ensure that NEWCAR will reach the objectives that we aim to reach. We also believe that by joining hands we shall be able to win the battle much better then operating solo.
